For a vibrant music culture. One that inspires and connects.

As a conductor and clarinettist, I am dedicated to a vibrant music culture, one that inspires, connects, and shapes the future. I share my expertise with orchestras, presenters, and educational institutions that are pursuing new paths by delivering innovative programmes and stylistically assured interpretations that reach and move audiences. I also engage audiences through presentations that build bridges, and am passionate about long-term audience engagement, both in the concert halls and educational settings.

Shaped by the exchange with personalities such as Yehudi Menuhin and Pierre Boulez, as well as by the sound worlds of Karl Leister and Marek Janowski, my path led me to international stages and into pedagogical dialogue early in my career.

My passion for teaching developed from there, ultimately leading me to institutions such as the UdK Berlin (Jazz Institute) and the HfM (Bach Gymnasium), and informing my work with youth ensembles. My transparent methodology, developed over the years, creates a safe space in which learners, regardless of their background or age, are encouraged to find their individual musical voice and develop into confident artistic personalities.

Through my award-winning 'Berlin Living Orchestra' concept and my advocacy of cultural policy, I contribute to a music industry that is artistically gripping, socially relevant, open, and fairly organised. I am prepared to form partnerships with orchestras, managements, agencies, and organisations—from artistic or pedagogical collaboration, through the careful evolution of existing systems, to the sustainable organisation of future-proof ensembles and structures.

Let's start a conversation about the specific challenges you're facing and work together to find sustainable solutions.
