'There is something that can only be found in a single place in the world. It is a big treasure and one could call it the fulfillment of existence. And that place where this treasure can be found is the place where one stands' (Martin Buber)

Zazen (sitting in silence) involves the whole human being. Body, breath and mind are organized, coordinated and experienced in their unity. Mindfullness is practiced in everything - attitudes worth furthering in everyday life.

If we learn an instrument, we must tediously develop skills. Only through constructive and regular practice do we advance to the core of the matter over time. The flow is found at the end, not at the beginning.

Zen and musical work in the ensemble interact, influece and deepen eathother. Both poles form a creative process and a path to oneself. In a new way.

This seminar is a joint concept by Zen masters Johannes Fischer and Helge Harding.
